Last year, a very successful benefit record simply called “Relief,” was released via Bandcamp. Artists such as Tracy Bonham & The Room Outside donated their songs to help raise money for the victims of Hurricane Maria. Nearly $500 was raised in total.

With the Hurricane Florence disaster in North Carolina that recently ensued, it’s time for another gathering of musicians to lend their talents to help those in need. In some areas, over 30 inches of rain have fallen. The National Weather Service warns the flooding will only get worse in some parts of North Carolina, South Carolina as rivers continue to rise. 32 storm-related deaths have been reported, and about 500,000 homes and businesses remain without power in North and South Carolina. Several animals were left stranded and are in need of a good home.

For this latest benefit, all proceeds will be split between the following two charities: American Humane + All Hands & Hearts. Click on their names to learn more about their organizations and the hard work they’ve committed to during this crisis. Artists and songs to be announced in the weeks to come.
